Really quick responding team!

I haven't gotten to install the doors yet, but they arrived as expected with no damage. I'm excited to use the kit. I didn't get the rail hangers but I think that was an oversite as the customer service team sent me a kit that arrived only a day later. I hope I can update my review after the doors are installed to give a more thorough review.

The experience of shopping was pretty seamless so far. The CC didn't go through the way I expected, it hung up at the CVV even though the CVV was correct. The products look nice. I wish there were more reviews. I did get my product on time and undamaged. When I saw that the rail kit was missing, the customer service team sent me the rail kit and it arrived only one day later.

I had no idea how detailed buying doors would be. I contacted customer service countless times. They were always knowledgeable and had all of the products and accessories I needed for the project. It would have been helpful to have had more gallery photos of finished projects and improved search functions so I wouldn't have had to contact them so many times. Also, although someone helped me with my order, I was still missing a product I needed to buy for a pocket door. Luckily, my carpenter was available to come back and finish the job once the product it arrived.
