I think that there needs to be a better way to make a return for clothing that doesn't fit when I ordered according to your sizing chart. Most places that sell clothing have free shipping for the return, cost me the shipping to get the shirt and to send it back.

Not a bright Kelly Green. Cut of blazer is versatile for different shapes and bodies. Size 14 is for tall frame,long arms.
