Visiting Africa, however incredible the experience, is both expensive and complex. Ultimate Africa is Five Star in every meaningful sector of planning and enjoying your adventure. They have personal knowledge of alternatives, they plan the details with error free care, they communicate almost instantaneously, and provide caring customer service. We remain huge fans of Ultimate Africa, and will absolutely use them for our next visit.

Fantastic group to work with. Quickly responds to emails. Listens to what you want to see and then delivers. Everything went so smoothly. The camps were everything that you could hope for. The guides were great, I got to see 3 crossings of the wildebeest when some from other groups saw none. I traveled alone at 72yrs and never had to worry about anything except to get up early to go out and find the animals.

Ultimate Africa is the BEST! They planned our month long African Safari and adventure from start to finish. We were gone for a full month and I can honestly say that EVERY SINGLE element of our trip was perfect!! We were in Cape Town for several days, 3 different camps, and a week trekking with Gorillas in Rwanda. WE flew in small planes, big planes, took jeeps, boats, canoes...walks...and everything went perfectly. We never even had a headache! (how did they do that???)They took care of every need we may have had and we realized at the end of the month that we never even picked up our own suitcases! We thought about changing things around mid trip (to spend extra time in one of the camps) and they were on it immediately, even though it was the middle of the night (for them in the USA) when they were contacted by the camp!!
They work with the very best Safari Tour Companies and the very best camps. This makes a huge difference when you are over there. The tour companies were amazingly responsive, polite, fun, prepared, knowledgable and efficient.
We actually had a different trip in mind when we started but after talking to us Lorna (respectfully) suggested we consider some other options/countries that would better suit what we were looking for. She was SPOT on. Our trip was my life long dream and I can honestly say that it exceeded our expectations a million times over. We can not wait to go back.
They say, and they are right: 'You may leave Africa, but Africa never leaves you'.
