The service was prompt and no complaints with the company. The order was correct, it was my bad to order the Egyptian sheet set, they are soft etc, but oh my goodness do they wrinkle, I grabbed them out of the dryer as soon as I could, but to no avail as far as wrinkles.

It says I should get free shipping (over $49) but I was charged $6.95 for shipping??? I could not find a code or coupon that would take the shipping off the price of the order on your website. It was confusing to have the display page say "free shipping on orders over $49" and then have the shipping added in the total for the order which was $49.99(before shipping).

These sheets were reasonably priced. They fit my new split king bed perfectly. I have washed them twice and they have not shrunk They have the feel of real cotton. They are exactly what I wanted.

We received our sheets earlier than what they told us we would get them. So I washed them and put them on and we love them. They are soft and they stay on our mattress. We are very happy with them. Very happy we received them early also.
