Product broke after less than a month of use. Pictures and emails were sent immediately. I was told I would be given a refund and have yet to receive one.

The bands have already broke 2x. Very flimsy unit. Would not order again.

I really wanted to love this, but it has very limited adjustment, with 2 bands I constantly hit the stops and with 3 it's tough to do 20 minutes! Worse, with what I would consider limited use 2 of the 3 provided bands have already broken. The third was barely used at all. Also, make sure you put cardboard or something underneath this as the bands will ruin your carpet with black stains.

I thought I had gotten the wrong phone number when I called because they started speaking Spanish to me before I told them that I don't speak Spanish. Like most companies they should have an option for Spanish.

The paint starts wearing off resulting in a rough ride. The bands stain your carpet, and the range of movement isn’t quite as big as I’d like. According to my fitness tracker I burn the same amount of calories doing Aeroski as I do on a walk. I’m not convinced this product is as advertised.
