We like that it doesn't take up a lot of floor space, has options to make your workouts different (poles, handle or without), can change intensity of the workout, and is quiet. The reason for 4 stars is we feel the ski poles are flimsy and need to have a way to add resistance to them for upper body workout.

We like that it doesn't have a big floor print, is quiet and you have options to make your workouts different with the handle, poles or nothing and can add bands for more resistance. The one thing we are not happy with is the ski poles seem to be flimsy and there isn't any way to add any resistance to them to add to the upper body workout.

Overall, I really like the machine. So far, I have only used it in front of the TV and honestly, it's a good way to get some exercise. I haven't set up the video goggles yet, as I haven't really needed them. We'll see. Overall, yes, I am very happy with my purchase and machine.

Very Easy to assemble... enjoy the different approach to exercise equipment Aeroski offers. As a woman of a certain age I think this is one of the better ways to strengthen my core and balance. Love the convenience of jumping on it throughout the day as my work from home schedule permits or at night in front if the TV.

I live the movement, but feel more weights/rubber attachments would be helpful. As they stretch out - the machines becomes less effective.

Love the authentic feel of skiing. Good customer service: we needed new wheels and they promptly replaced them. Still have issues with the bands degrading and depositing “rubber shavings” on the rails.

This is a fine product. I think I will get ready to ski and increase cardio at the same time. It's pretty easy to put the machine together. Comes will all the tools you need to put it together. I am not sure how long this machine will last, but I think for the price it's just fine. I'm looking forward to using the virtual reality goggles, but haven't had a chance to yet.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my product. It was also very easy to put together. I am enjoying using it, as is my whole family. I haven't needed to call or reach out to customer care, so no feedback there. I would consider buying other products from you in the future.

Easy to assemble- I learn a lot by doing the You-Tube workouts ! The virtual goggles are not realistic or enjoyable- needs revamped ! Good quick workout !

The thing itself works fine, the bonus vr set that came with it doesn't fit my phone and the ap doesn't work at all. I can still use the exercise equipment and it works as expexted. Just don't count on the vr stuff if you need that for motivation.
