I honestly did not know how I would like this equipment, other than it looked like it would be an effective way to exercise legs and overall body in a very less stressful manner. Well, that's exactly what I'm experiencing! It is super easy to use and it doesn't take much time before the heart rate goes up and sweat beads are forming. I am a "senior citizen" who does not really feel like a senior, but the body sometimes reminds me that I'm no longer 21. I find the Aeroski a very smooth piece of equipment, easy to assemble and use. I will probably never be able to keep up with the young trainers, but hey, the important thing is to keep moving! I truly hope that over time this helps my replaced knees function better!

I am an active "senior citizen" but I still cannot quite keep up with the young trainers shown on Aeroski videos. However, I find the Aeroski to be very easy to assemble and use. The equipment is very smooth and in no time at all the heart rate goes up and bead sweats are trickling down the forehead. I am enjoying it very much.

It definitely gets your heart rate up. I purchased the extra springs because I am over 220lbs and have had no issues with my Aeorski.
