I love my new mug. It keeps my drink cold (I haven't tried with a warm drink and I haven't timed it to see how long it stays cold for). It arrived with a scratch, but you can't really see it unless you look closely. I've purchased other items from truflask before and the product is really good quality. I highly recommend it, especially because it's way better looking than the other brand name.

Absolutely obsessed with this tumbler. It keeps my drink cold all day. I love how it fits in a cup holder and has an easy to hold handle. Definitely getting it in every color!

I will give two stars because the customer service on this product is great. I received my water bottle and within 1 day of the use the handle fell out. I contacted customer service and they refunded me and send me another bottle. Upon receiving my second new water bottle, I opened the package to see the handle broken along with the black lid opener.

Morgan showed me all of the colors and explained how to quickly purchase them online! Great customer service and an awesome tumblr. Keeps my water cold all day during work and is super durable. Would definitely recommend getting one of these!
