6 of the rollers had the wrong insert. I had to use the ones from my old rollers. The box was cut open. Other than that they work great and you had them all in stock. The box stores don't have enough inventory and they cost more. Boat is much easier to load and unload. I would and probably will order more as I need whatever part I'll need later.

A parts bag was missing from the braking kit. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they sent it out right away with Saturday home delivery at no charge. There was even a hand written note apologizing for the mix up. They have exceptional customer service.
