when first contacting your business, i wasnt exactly sure of the part i needed. i had the broken one, but did not have a part number or wasn't sure of what is was called. your representative was very patient and helped me figure out exactly what i needed. i placed my order more confident that i was getting the correct part. when it arrived, it was EXACTLY the part that was needed you guys ROCK!!!!! i will definitely be telling anybody that needs parts that you are the go to people. and you are saved in my favorites and bookmarked if i ever need parts for ....
