Loved all the shipping options and available parts. My part came with the box seemingly split open already, but i think that was at fault of the shipping company. Also, i bought a brand new winch post, but the handle that came with it looked used already and was confused why that was the case, as everything else looked new

This was really a great deal cheap came with pre-drilled holes and all I had to do was expand the holes a little bit within 2 hours my trailer was back on the road

The original picture on the web page does it no justice please update the photo that way customers would have a better agreeable sense of what they're purchasing everything was already pre-drilled holes which made it a lot easier to attach and was at the right dimensions that I needed I had a very good and pleasant experience purchasing from your page

I wish you had had a kit that included "D" Washer, Nut , Nut-Capture cage and and Spindle Grease/Nut cover. In other words, if I had bought a replacement Brake-Drum and this kit I described, I basically replaced everything ! Which is what you want if your broke down on side of road, at night, -5 deg. without a light ;-)

It works, but as others have stated. it needs a second point of contact to the jack. I modified it and added a second point of contact. If you don't and your trailer is heavy, it will bend the jack away from the mounts. After adding a second point of contact by drilling and countersinking for a second set of screws, it works great now.

Good product but not exactly what I was imagining. Either I missed the size or didn’t see in the description. I’ll make them work but they are only about 3” and I would have liked about 5” length

I did not know this existed. I often move my trailer with a tractor. This will protect me from damaging the actuator in backing the trailer with the tractor.
