Only towed with it a few times, works well, like the big fluid cap, and grease points.

A parts bag was missing from the braking kit. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they sent it out right away with Saturday home delivery at no charge. There was even a hand written note apologizing for the mix up. They have exceptional customer service.
