pleasant. it would be helpful to have estimated delivery times for standard delivery. also, i live close to a warehouse, and entertained the possibility of picking it up from a warehouse. customer service as not able to estimate when it will be ready from a warehouse. i ordered a small quantity of standard items. i would think your company should be able to know.

The cone and cone bar quality was fantastic. If a cone could be beautiful, these cones really are. :) Their customer service team also went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and ensure I was satisfied with their company. A++ for that. You don't see that every day.
I did have a few things that were a little bit of a turn off-
1. I ran into issues on their website, which is why I contacted customer service. I hit the review order button 6-8 times and it would spin but never go through and just would stay on the same page. I tried Safari and chrome. I changed my credit card to a Visa instead of discover and then it went through even though the website shows a Discover card and the website never did tell me what the issue was. This was very frustrating.
2. The website kept removing the products from my cart. No idea why.
3. The shipping prices are very high. They were the only company that offered what I was looking for so I had to fork over the shipping, but most other traffic supply stores have free shipping or up to $50 for shipping the same products (just different colors) while I paid 3x that much for my shipping.
All that aside, the product quality and care for their customers would bring me back to shopping there again for sure.
