"The CDOA-6125A3 tox cups we received were faulty and caused multiple people to face consequences for positive results that were false. We realized they were faulty when we noticed control lines weren't showing up. We tested several cups with tap water and again received positive results for multiple substances and several missing control lines each time. We have purchased new toxes from another company and have not experienced those issues since. One star only because there's no zero star option.
