I had an issue with shipment. I wasn't aware that Standard Production didn't mean you would get your order when the Order confirmation said you would. However, when I reached out to Customer Service, both Samantha and Melissa gave prompt replies and I did receive my order timely after that.

I would describe the color as Neon Coral, not Bright Orange. And it doesn't look much like the photo. But I love the color anyway.

First, the cups look great! Exactly what we were hoping for. Second, we use the cups to give away to our first time visitors and fill up with toys and candy for them. Works well. Third, we do city outreaches and hand the cups out with some information.

Very easy to order! In fact, first I ordered 200 cups and before approving the order, I ended up changing to 400 quantity a few days later with no problem. I understand Totally Promotional is busy because they are such a good company, but I did get a little impatient waiting for the proof to approve to get production started. (We needed the cups by a certain date -- and we received them!)
