very easy to navigate but you charged me $30 extra I thought to expedite shipping and it came 2 weeks after my event. not good any suggestions on what to do with 100 kelly and nick mugs

the mugs were great and came exactly as expected however two of them came with the handle broken (this could have been a result of shipping problems) but it wasnt to much of a problem as it was easy to glue them back on

The ceramic mug is good quality for the price. The logo printing looks ok but is lighter in some spots on some of the mugs.

They looked great but artwork comes off with even hand washing. Some of the logo was coming off previous to washing, just general handling (I put them in my nightly rentals for purchase). Too bad as it's hard to find black custom mugs elsewhere. Will not purchase again.

The mug is on the smaller side, but still big enough. The quality of the product in comparison to the price point is extraordinary. The only downside is the packaging. It is not wrapped individually which I would have preferred. However, my teachers will be thrilled. Thank you!

First - they tell you it will arrive by a certain time but when it doesn't they say they have two weeks after that to get me my product. But that was never told to me prior to my complaining. Second, while the mugs came out great. As soon as they were washed our artwork came right off. Guess it's right with you get what you pay for. We went with these because we could order a small quantity for a reasonable price and in the end it wasn't worth it.
