The site was difficult to navigate. After making my selection to pay by credit card I was distracted by a text message. Upon returning the space to enter my credit card information had vanished. After a few minutes of trying to figure out how to pay, I selected the credit card payment again. It then displayed the option for payment. It was unnecessaryily difficult.
