Loved the ease of looking parts and availability!

After clicking on the item i wished to buy it was not easy after that point at all. Not clear on option buttons to click on and took 3 times as long as it should. Other than that i am pleased. Shipping could be faster, when you need tools, you need them asap. I order from many many places and most get here in 2 days with no extra expense.

Never got my parts never got an answer to my frequent inquiries about my part never got a shipping confirmation never got anything never planning on ordering again I've got a customer stock and waiting I can't tell him anything about it

Update:
We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience of prolonged delay. Your order was shipped on 17th of this month with a tracking ID provided to you in email and arrived at your doorstep on July 21st.

That is 9 business days which is with in the shipping estimate (1-2 weeks) given on the website and the order confirmationĀ emailed to you theĀ day you placed your order. I ordered a band saw belt June 18th, today is July 9th and I still haven't received the part. Called several times only to get an automated service saying they are all busy please try to call back later, called on several different days, the same thing. Emailed them and finally got a reply that my order is on a nationwide backorder and they will let me know when it comes in. I They should provide this info on their website for people that don't have time to wait so they can move on to other options. I am very dissatisfied and still waiting on my part.
