Loomis Express did not notify me that they could not deliver to my home address. Their website showed my parcels were in Winnipeg awaiting scheduled delivery. After 4 days of waiting I called Loomis to track my parcels. I was informed at that time that I would have to pick up the tires at their depot at 691 Oak Point Highway, Winnipeg MB. I have picked up the tires.
I would not recommend Loomis Express for parcel delivery.

I was told tires were coming before they were ever shipped. We have a gated yard, and need to arrange for someone to be here. Was originally communicated it would arrive on Wednesday, it didn't. Then Thursday, they didn't arrive... came AFTER hours on Friday. Very poor communication from whomever I was corresponding with over email, and then finally the courier. Nothing happened as they said it would, and didn't even call me on the number I gave them and asked them to call me on...

It would have been nice if I'd known the procedure and Trail Tire would have called me. That I paid an extra $43 for the installation was a surprise. Had I know that I'd have purchased the tire from a local shop and they would have installed it without the extra charge. I won't use this process again. It took more than a week from order to installation. Not acceptable.
