I added it up in my head and I think we've bought 18 tires in the last 12 months from you guys. I've only had 1 bad experience and that's with order#211803. The tires showed up and looked like pretzels. They had been squished flat so that the tire beads were either touching or almost touching. Furthermore one of the tires had looked like it had be strapped with a banding strap as if it were the tire at the top of a pallet and was now folding laterally. I did manage to get both tires seated and filled with air however next time I will be refusing the delivery and siting "damaged product" as the cause of refusal. In the end I would have rather taken the wheels to a tire shop and paid the premium to forgo the hassle.
