$22 service fee on a $38 parking passes is a total joke but when you have a disable person in your group sometimes you have to just take it. This pretty much say's I'm not satisfied so no need to follow up.

Your Service fee is an abomination. The tickets are expensive enough. If the date and event were not so important I would cancel. I will most likely never go to another Hawks game again. Its a shame until now I had an enormous amount of respect for the club. Now I feel like I have been stuck up.
I don't really care if you "follow-up" I only check it to get out of the site.
