I ordered this on and Monday morning and had it Tuesday night. The pump works great so far as well. Thoroughbred is a great company to work with, such an easy process.

Placed an order for a pump 3 times and 3 times it was cancelled and had some stupid excuse for doing so . then they flagged my ip address for fraudulent activity .. They are incompetent . so they lost me and about 50 people that i know as customers ... 1st order a friend of mine whos truck im working on placed an order for a vp44 and wanted it shipped to me .. No they cant do that because the billing and shipping addresses were different .. 2nd order i placed using my billing and shipping address and they have an option to use paypal in their checkout .. Nope cant do that either .. So 3rd order for the same vp44 my billing and shipping info through their normal checkout process .. Nope cant do that my ip address bounced through a server in washington state so they cancelled the order and flagged my ip for fraudulent activity .. Complete and total bs .

My experience with Thoroughbred Diesel was great from the purchase to core return. Everything I needed to do from install to core return was explained in detail. Shipping was fast. If you need any parts for your diesel truck this is the place to go.

The VP44 was fantastic, the only issue I had was in trying to order other parts. The website was charging me $12.90 shipping for each part, including small inexpensive parts (less than $5). As a result those were purchased elsewhere, but I would have preferred to purchase them all together.

purchased the 24-month pump for my 99 R3500 dully and the big fuel line kit. what a nice pump they did a great job rebuilding .installed pump with no issues everything was in the kit and she runs great added fuel pressure gauge to keep an eye on things as this pump needs the fuel to survive thanks Thoroughbred Diesel you Rock Great customer service I know I will have many more miles with my truck
