Put this on by myself. The paper directions could use a few more detailed pictures, along with captioning of the different hose placements. The video by Thoroughbred was very, very helpful. I watched a couple of times beforehand, and referred back to it as needed. As I said, the hose placement was a bit of a stutter for me. Just a little more clarity would be helpful. I started morning of 10/09/22, stopped early evening, spent a few hours next morning putting fuel hoses in, making sure all elec. connections were good, everything tied up, fixed a broken plastic nipple on a $113 short coolant hose. Purged it several times until I could not hear air bubbling in the tank. Started it, ran good for about 15 seconds, then the knocking started... figured it was an injector. Purged several more times, knocking continued through several start sequences until I revved it higher and it cleared up. Success. I have only driven about 40 miles.

The product was supposed to be a water separator deleted for the rear it ended up being for the front fuel filter and there is no place to install the sensor...

The photo and description of this product was very misleading. I was under the impression that I was buying an entire replacement sending unit. It is in fact not an entire sending unit and only a portion of what I actually needed.

High quality product. Fit great. Thoroughbred shipped it fast. You just have to be careful routing your hoses so that they don’t rub any bolts or metal. Kit includes some hose clips with zip ties which is nice. 2021 f350, I struggled with the passenger side upper intake back bolts due to how close they are to the firewall. It was a real tight squeeze. Stubby sockets or multi joint universal sockets are very helpful.

Attaches to gear shifter and makes it a great safety feature with the easy access to turn on and off without reaching for the dash board in any way. Highly recommended if you have a manual tranny

I needed a TCM and knew the day would eventually come, so had been reading about programmed units, assuming that’s what I’d buy when it was time. When my current TCM failed, I immediately ordered a thoroughbred programmed TCM. -no call. They said they’d call for VIN & RPO details, etc. I sent an email and there was no reply. Eventually, I called and got through only to find they didn’t have the part and could offer no ETA. -none of that knowledge prevented them from selling it to me nor from charging my card. And no call? No reply to my query? It felt like fraud. I asked to cancel the order, obviously, and then I got to eat the currency exchange charges on my card. I’ll bought a tuned TCM but it wasn’t be from thoroughbred diesel. I can’t afford to let them keep a secret of their lack of inventory. Build your relationships elsewhere.

Solid built product. So easy to install if you have the slightest mechanical know how. Definitely feel a difference in my 6.7 Powerstroke now that she's getting good clean fuel and plenty of it.

It’s been almost 3 months and still haven’t received my product. Website promised 6to 8 week shipping time. Contacted Kryptonite directly and was told it should’ve on took 6 to 8 weeks. I will no be ordering or recommending anything from thoroughbreddiesel.com ever again.
