The agent I talked to was very helpful and kind. I'm pretty sure his name was Carlos. I didn't have enough money in the bank at the exact time, so he called me back an hour later to confirm the card and let it go through to get insurance. There should definitely be more people like Carlos.

The first guy I talked to told me I was set up for unlimited roadside assistance and rental car, turns out when I talked to another lady today the guy didn't put me down for either of those. Thankfully the woman helped me get everything settled, she was great!
