Otherwise service was good.

I bought a TV off you on March 9, 2024. Samsung 65" QN65QN800CF.
After paying for it in full.
The next day, I got an extra charge for $73. "Shipping insurance".
I suggest in future that you make this known to the customer in big black letters,before the purchase. Nobody like surprises.
Did I just miss reading it? I would not have bought the TV from you if I would've known.

It arrived in Tampa on March 12. It's STILL being held in the warehouse as of today. I live in Gainesville, Fl. 2 hours away. where it sat for 10 days.
Once again, surprise! I called the shipping company.They told me I was a "priority" and that they would call me "soon".
This kind of stuff makes we NOT want to be a repeat customer. Hopefully, you can get these issues resolved in future.

PS: I am having trouble logging into my account. I type in name and password and it just goes back to welcome screen.
