Tree arrived on time with an e-mail notification from FedEx. Box was undamaged and secure. The tree was carefully secured in the box and container holding the roots and surrounding earth appeared undisturbed. The leaf structure appeared fresh and not affected by the shipping process.

Straightforward process

I ordered our Bur Oak tree for autumn delivery in 2021. It arrived in great condition and was impressed with its size. I wrapped her trunk at Thanksgiving and removed it this Easter. I fed her after removing her wrap. She over wintered beautifully and as of 5/22/22 it has leafed out completely on every branch. We have her on a bubbler system for watering. We just received 14” of wet snow in the last 2 days and she looks great! All leaves survived the below freezing night temperatures! Now that’s a tough little tree! So happy with our purchase and highly recommend The Tree Center!!!

I'm planting this tree so it will be a magnificent living being in the future. Plus, it's a fun challenge to grow a tree from a 'baby' to a 'grown-up.'

The tree arrived in good shape. I planted it per the planting instructions 2 days after it arrived. It's in full sun, is getting adequate water (every other day) and will be monitored carefully over the coming months. Your packaging was amazing!
