I chose the tiddlywinks Mount Laurel because of its mature size and light preference, the crape myrtles for their gorgeous color and fast growth, the hydrangea for its flowers and shade tolerance.

My shopping experience was great- except you sold out of a plant while it was in my cart :( The plants arrived healthy and in good shape, only one damage during shipping. I would have expected some larger plants in the number five containers, or at least more developed root systems. Rather disappointed about that. But I'm hoping to see some excellent growth.

Arrived perfectly packaged. It looked a little raggedy on arrival but after some regular watering it looks fantastic. I will not put it in the ground until it cools off a little, 90 degrees this week!

It came to me looking like it was about to die. With help and care they are looking better. As a first time customer, I would not order from this company in the future because the price of what they sent me was not worth it.

The company sent bad products one of which looked like a twig. It took a long time to get customer service to acknowledge this fact after sending multiple pictures that they had to send to their supervisors, etc. I did not get a refund only a store credit which I have not used. The person who answered the phone in customer service was pleasant.

The Alice Oakleaf Hydrangea came in poor condition. As a matter of fact, I think it is dead. I am not sure of your guarantee on plants, if you have one, please let me know.

We ordered 3 of the 3-gallon oak leaf hydrangeas along with a few other shrubs. Everything else in the order was in great shape, but these hydrangea looked really rough. Granted they were on sale, but they had lots of leaf spots, dead and dying leaves, deformed branches that flop to the ground. The pot was missing a lot of soil and the root ball was very exposed on all three of them (they do ship the pot in a bag which helps keep the roots moist in transit). I watered them, trimmed the ugly stuff and repotted them, now hoping that with some TLC they will bounce back in time for fall planting.

The plant came in a 5 gallon container, but as noted by another reviewer, it could have just as easily been delivered in a 2 gallon container. I paid a lot for what I received. This was my first, and last time trying to purchase a mail order bush/tree - at least from this supplier.

I ordered a 5 gallon Alice Oakleaf Hydrangea, expecting to get a somewhat more mature plant. Instead, the plant I received is sick, unlikely to survive, and even worse, it's clear they took a plant from a much smaller container and stuck it in a 5 gallon container. This is classic false advertising. The 5 gallon option is not even currently listed on the site, so I can't replace the plant, and they're refusing to give me a refund. I now have a sick, tiny plant, and I'm out $100.

I was thrilled with my order! My hydrangea arrived quickly and well packaged. I was very impressed with how substantial it was for the price. It is not a readily available item locally, but I was pretty apprehensive about buying one online since I can't see what I'm getting, however, I was very pleased with what I received.

Plant's themselves were healthy & awesome. I ordered two at the same time. Both three gallon containers were shipped together, one oak leaf container turned upside down on the other, in one slim box, severely damaging them both destroying the stalk's to the base-stem during shipping, reason why I only gave three stars. I'm not happy with their shipping practice & method.
