I would give it zero stars if possible. It came looking like a twig. The photos misrepresent the product. It was not worth the money. I am very surprised that a company would send something like this and have this represent them and the products the sell. I contacted the company and they would not refund my money only gave a credit. I was a first time purchaser from The Tree Center Plant Supply Co. and will not buy again from them again. I will support my local nursery from now on.

The company sent bad products one of which looked like a twig. It took a long time to get customer service to acknowledge this fact after sending multiple pictures that they had to send to their supervisors, etc. I did not get a refund only a store credit which I have not used. The person who answered the phone in customer service was pleasant.

It came to me looking like it was about to die. With help and care they are looking better. As a first time customer, I would not order from this company in the future because the price of what they sent me was not worth it.

I ordered previously from The Tree Center, and, as before, the trees arrived in great condition. They were packed very well so there were no broken or twisted limbs; the trees were full and green and looked healthy. The weather here was bad so we had to delay planting them for 3 days, we followed the directions in the box and watered them. They still looked great when we planted them, they never looked thin or wasted and once in the ground, they were great! We will buy again!

Ordered last Spring and had it planted by a professional landscaper. It was beautiful throughout summer and Fall; the leaves burgundy in color. This Spring, deader than a doornail! No warranty
