Vigor AP 960C gets too hot. I am afraid it can burn my apartment, also my internet speed drops from 170 Mps / 150 Mps to 10 Mps/ 70 Mps. I think the AP is faulted. I contacted support on Wednesday night for a RMA return and I am still waiting nothing yet

My sales person JD Cobb was absolutely fantastic. Answered promptly, always very helpful.
I did have a couple of issues, perhaps due to the fact that I placed my order based on a quote, not with a created account.
1) I never got an email with the tracking number (I found it afterward following a "your order" link)
2) Maybe because they drop shipped from their distributor, the address missed an important piece of information which caused havoc at my freight forwarder.

I'll give it a 5 if it Actually make it to me, I live in a high-rise building, And when they leave mail-in the mail room, instead of putting it in the mailbox,i don't all way get my items. If cannot put in mailbox, leave it in the leasing office, on the sign floors.
