Very fatty, but that’s really the point! A small amount in something like a fabada gives an extra rich taste and there’s no need to use it in unhealthy quantities.

To be honest I did not read the description properly before buying - this is a fat to cook things in not a 'ham' for wrappping around e.g. chicken
