Soaked it in water overnight but was still very salty. Second piece I kept soaking longer and changed the water mor regularly, which really helped.

Tasty. As always, soak in 5-6 fresh tap water baths at room temperature to take salt out. Contains bones that are easily removed once boiled.

I wanted to find an alternative to the salted cod in the usual retailers which was of a better quality, so i went online and came across this product . from this company. The salt cod arrived as promised and I am very very happy with the quality and taste so much so that I will be making a bigger order next few days. Lo unico es que intente comprar tigres pero tenia que comprar seis kilos de congelados de vuestra pagina de internet y no puedo comprar esta cantidad de una vez. Tenia el congelador casi lleno. Quizas mas flexibilidad con los congelados al pedirlos seria una mejora para ustedes.
