This company replied to an email asking for help before I had even placed an order which was impressive and the follow-up since has been exceptional and it is that sense of real customer service/support which will be the main reason why I would happily order again. Plus of course the food was wonderful!

Ordered a few items from this website, had a query and was answered very quick, great customer service but, most importantly, the food was authentic and extremely tasty. The only negative I could find is that the frozen food was beginning to defrost slightly so it could have done with more freezer packs, especially the calamari. If you enjoy authentic Spanish food then I highly recommend using this site, I will definately use them again.

Password bit of a problem,but sorted eventually. Have made two orders now,and the delivery time,and packing is 1st Class. Some of the products are great,for instance the beans and garlic.Also the Tortilla,very tasty.

I love the fact that this does not contain any garlic or garlic powder in order to give it flavour. The salami is delicious as it is and surely does not need anything else added to it. It is so difficult to find a salami that does not garlic in it.Please do not discontinue it.
