We use it in sandwiches mainly or as an addition to salads. Strong taste so you only need a little amount. Fantastic buy!

I thought we had overdone the size but half of it is gone already. Takes us right back to our holidays in Spain, this a gorgeous lean Lomo, our favourite kind. I will definitely be ordering this again. We were also very impressed with the packaging, the ice pack was still frozen unlike our side of Salmon we ordered for Christmas from another online store. Thank you for the care and service.

We used it mainly for sandwiches. Only a small amount needed as it has lots of flavour. Similar to Croatian pecenica.

The delivery was very fast and in very good packaging, with a chiller block to keep the meat good not that the lomo needs it, the polo was very good and very tasty

Not the highest grade of Lomo, so quality can vary a bit (I buy this regularly). Good value though and the taste is always good. Top grades of Lomo are a lot more expensive than this and I would pay the price if they were available.

When I can't get to Spain it's good that Spain can still get to me. The turnaround is good, even at the height of the plague. The charcuterie items are sent with a frozen gel pack to keep them fresh.
