Larger soft Velcro areas on back of pad. An online community for users. How to methods could be shared and if necessary be critiqued by you for educational purposes. An separate soft Velcro piece to connect the prickly pieced straps for longer strap needs.

The Platinum has been one of the most helpful parts of my healing process. I use it for muscle spasms, pain, sore and knotted muscles. Although it seems expensive, the cost is the same as my co-pay for about 5 physical therapy sessions but my ROM has improved and my pain is reduced much more they have throughout any 5 PT sessions I've ever had. I've also had more success with the Platinum than with other things I've tried including acupuncture, chiropracty, massage, and Rolfing. The company that makes/sells these is great too. They're quick to respond, helpful, and very understanding of those who are trying to heal.

I have a lot of medical problems.(PAD,Arthritis,Heart Blockages and Sleep Apnea.) Far infared helps me a lot, but, I use the sauna at my health provider-it's a pain to drive to.This is a great way for me to use at home whenever.! I'm now on CardioRehab-I'll mention this to the group and clinicians. Thank you. Can you send me some brochures to hand out?

Amazing bed! The cats love it and I have seen what a difference it has made with our senior cat who has arthritis. She is able to play more and is much happier in herself rather than shying away from the other cats.

I bought this bed for my aging cat. He is not a big fan of bolstered beds, or any official cat bed for that matter, so instead of waiting for him to discover the benefits, I removed the heating pad and put it under his usual snuggly blanket and that is now his favorite spot! He and I share that particular chair, so when he is not using it, I use the pad against my aging back and find it very soothing.

These beds are incredible! We have multiple different heated beds in the house and often find the cats piled in our Thermotex beds, they are by far the favourite. They are excellent for pain management for our one boy with arthritis, he sleeps so soundly when he’s curled up in one of the Thermotex beds.

I'm thankful for your products, the pad healed my knee pain and I just recently purchased the foot pad and I love it. In only a few days of using it, it has helped me overcome the severe pain I had due to plantar fasciitis. I actually use it in my bed at night while I read, for an hour or so and again in the morning before I get out of bed. I still use the pad at the same time for my knee that has been pain free for months now. I love these infrared products! Thank you

I love this far Infrared heating pad. I actually use it for many hours each day especially on my feet and legs. They are healing so much quicker as circulation brings in fresh blood and toxins move out. The warmth also feels great.

Nice device, however doesn’t work for my issues I purchased for, hoping to relive muscles spasms primarily in conjunction with paresthesia, neuromuscular problem. Otherwise very well made and I’m sure a great help for many people!
