I first purchased your product from TSC and have used it for several years. I find it to be very helpful for back issues. I have given one to my daughter who is a registered nurse and am now gifting one for Christmas to my son who is also a registered nurse. Great product!

Shipping was super fast, and this pad is of superb quality. I've only been using it for two weeks and my back pain has already subsided, to my surprise. I wasn't expecting it to work so quickly. I'll have to use it for longer to assess how effective it is at other things, but it is amazing for pain. The heat is quite bearable as it doesn't get too hot. My only complaint is that the side of the pad that gets hot is a little hard; it's a board, whereas the other side that doesn't get hot is soft. I don't mind too much. I imagine it was designed this way because of what parts of the body you're supposed to use it for. Either way, excellent product for the price.
