It's insanely relaxing and the heat is penetrating but weirdly not hot. I will be using it with my massage clients at home. My 83-year-old mother tried it yesterday after a long day, and the pain in her leg, arthritic fingers, and neck disappeared. I may buy her a smaller version.

There was a problem with the check out page and I wasn"T able to complete the purchase, so I called and was immediately helped, something that doesn't happen a lot these days.

I am an older woman working 7p-7a in a hospital on my feet 3 to 4 days every week. I also walk and run 3 to 4 times weekly approximately 4 miles. I don't recover from my workouts a quickly as I used to. I saw this on the internet reviewed by Physical Therapist Brad and I forgot the name of the other gentleman. I use this pad after work or a work out and it has made a great difference in my sleep and recovery. I work with younger women on the floor and they also have swollen feet, sore muscles; backs and thighs working on the floor. So I know that I am not alone in my aches and pain and it is not just that I am older. I added this to my routine and will evaluate my improvement in about 3 months. What I have experience already as soon as I started using it is that I am not as fatigued and I am recovering quicker and ready to go to work in a positive frame of mind. And I am now more motivated to keep moving because I know that when I finish my workout I will use this pad and I will not be as sore the next few days. Thank you for making such a great product with healing in mind.

For the lady who wants auto shut off, try buying one of those auto times used for lights to have the power shut off to the plug in 20-30 min.

The only thing I would like to see is an automatic shut off after 25-30 minutes. My husband loves the pad but falls asleep on it & I have to wake him up to shut it off.
