The TheraSpecs definitely help prevent my migraines. One of my triggers has been working outside all day on Saturday in the bright sunlight. Then I was very likely to wake up Sunday with a migraine. If I wear my TheraSpecs outside, no headache. So I've recently gotten some inside ones for computer work. I find it easier to read my screen with them on, and my eyes are much less tired at the end of the day. So far, no migraines.

I find the glasses to be extremely helpful as well as quite stylish.

Theraspecs has been a lifesaver for me. As a pharmacist I work under fluorescent lights ten hours a day. I was at the point I could not work and felt helpless due to vestibular migraines causing an intolerance to fluorescent lights. Then I saw the Theraspecs website and read everything on there. I saw it was backed by a scientific approach so I decided to try them. It is amazing the difference the glasses have made within a month! I highly recommend them.

I have been wearing my indoor havens everyday. In the first week I wore them, I was able to do three major activities pain free that almost always cause a migraine, I went shopping for about an hour at 3 different stores, went to the movies, and made a 4 hour drive at night. I never realized how much the lights during these activities would cause me to tighten my facial muscles and squint almost constantly, triggering a migraine. Now, my face can stay relaxed and I can prevent a migraine. I also wear my indoor glasses for tv-watching and computer use.
I also purchased the Stella outdoor glasses, and they are awesome. I have had polarized sunglasses in the past, but the color tinting on Theraspecs is phenomenal. It takes the edge off the outside light for me and makes all the difference. The Stellas do a great job of blocking light from the sides and above as well. When I have a migraine, I wear the Stellas indoors as well.

Let's face it, there are no miracle cures for migraines. However, there are many items on the market which help to bring some comfort and relief. These lenses are the latest addition to my coping toolbox and my only regret is I didn't find them sooner. I also must rave over TheraSpec's customer service. The response time and thoroughness in answering all questions is phenomenal. I ended up returning my Classics for a custom order in a set of frames that fit me better and the process could not have been easier. They even permitted me to keep my Classics while I wait for my customs!

They work just as well as Axon Optics and were cheaper. The frames are also tighter than Axon Optics and stay on my face.

I love them have a pair for indoors and outdoors...

I bought an outdoor pair of glasses. However, they weren't dark enough. I had been wearing that pair inside though. Things were slightly discolored due to them being polarized. Theraspecs ordered me a special dark tint glasses for outside. They are awesome! I also ordered an additional pair of indoor glasses without them being polarized. I'm still waiting on those, but when they come in, I will return the original pair I got. Customer service is beyond exceptional! They have really worked with me to get the lenses I need to help with my extreme light sensitivity!!!!

The spectacles will be transformative for me. I've been looking for something like this for 40 years.:) Thank you so much.

I have dilated pupils all the time so they do not contract to light. These glasses are a life saver for me. I wear the over RX glasses over my computer glasses to block the bright fluorescent lighting that is over my 4 monitors. I also have a pair of the Haven glasses that I wear everywhere else. I love them, they work.

I was already using migraine lenses of a different style (green). While it seems that the green ones are even more "powerful" in migraine relief, the theraspecs ones are much less invasive by being much less darker allowing me to wear them at all times while working (the green lenses are too dark so I only use them during a migraine attack), so overall the theraspecs have immensely reduced the frequency of attacks (the frequency of attacks has been reduced to 20-30% of the typical frequency) and I generally feel much more comfortable overall while working.
