I loved the looks and function of my diffuser for about the first month of operation. Then the water began spitting out of the steam vent. I can no longer use my diffuser without water droplets collecting on the top or the diffuser and on the table around it. Very disappointing because what I found was that the disc over the steam vent on the inside had broken off and was in the bottom of the water chamber. The diffuser had not been dropped so I can’t imagine how this could have happened. I’m wondering if this problem has happened before? This would keep me from ordering anything else from PURE.

Unable to make the diffuser work. No directions came with it. If I can’t figure it out I will give it to Goodwill & hope someone else has better luck.
