After 4 to 5 unanswered calls, I gave a poor review here. They contacted me shortly thereafter apologizing that the order had been lost. I finally received the popcorn machine many weeks after the suggested delivery date.
My original review: They sent an email out about a week after I placed my order. The email asked if I had received my order and if so to click on this link. If not wait 24 to 48 hours and call. It's now been another week and four unanswered calls. Before I even placed the order I called and left a message. My call was returned that afternoon and the person told me shipping is generally a week to Illinois. Interesting how they cannot track an order, will call back for sales related questions but will not help to track an order.
