I have wanted a grand piano for years but have not been able to afford one. I played this piano in a church and decided to look it up. I loved the look, that it was smaller, I loved the sound, and I loved the price. When I contacted Piano Guys Store, they responded back that evening with a great deal and even an upgrade on the piano. The piano arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It was beautiful and had the beautiful sound that I remembered. It has Bluetooth capabilities so I have been able to record songs and easily send them to the people that needed it. I was also able to record, then transpose, then speed up and it saved it like that to send to the recipients. I had an excellent experience with Piano Guys and would purchase through them again.

I had a great experience with the Piano Guys. I was able to contact and communicate with them via text. Sometimes it took a minute for them to respond, but they always responded and with pertinent information that I requested. They gave me a great deal and it was easy to make my payment.

Great piano, great feel, nearly identical to playing on a real grand. My parents bought a Clavinova some 25 years ago that I learned to play on. They still have that piano and nothing is wrong with it all these years later.
