As someone who has never had a piano or played the piano before, I'm extremely happy with the quality of this piano and think it was a perfect fit my needs, which was to have a great family piano to learn on.

My overall experience was fantastic. The team was extremely helpful and made the buying process easy. I think I got a very fair price and from a reputable company that sells great products. We love our new Clavinova CSP -170. The sound is great and having the option to use headphones is a huge bonus. My 6 year old loves listening to the tunes available on the Yamaha tablet app and trying to interpret them, as well as following along the light up music display generated by Flowkey app.

It is a great buy, like 25% discount compared to other stores. The delivery is somewhat a hiccup. The first delivery was 9 days after order. Unfortunately, the package and the piano were damaged. It seems like a fork lift punched the hole in the package and hit the piano inside. It took a week for the package to return and another week for a new piano delivered. The second delivery was smooth and the piano is awesome.

Great Price, almost 25% discount compared to other stores. I upgrade from a CVP-605 to CVP-809 so it is a big jump as far as quality. The delivery is somewhat a hiccup. IN the first delivery, the box was damaged and the piano had big scratches. It took one week for the piano to go back and another week for a new delivery, total 23 days from order to delivery. This is a great buy, great value for a good price. Just need to be patient for delivery

The piano is delivered in a box that IIRC is about 300 pounds, on a crate. I had to invite 4 men to come help me get it into the house, tip it over so I could open it. Delivery is only to the door.
