Took quite a long time to receive. But I’m glad I ordered this rug. It is perfect!

Quality of the product is excellent, but it took about two months to get the custom order delivered, largely due to Covid delays. Customer service can be difficult to get a hold of to get accurate updates, but in the end it all worked out. Purchase was well worth the wait. Easy to clean, elegant rugs.
