I have been interested in a Rodizio grill for a while but didn't do it due to cost and if it would be worth my money. I saw this one and the cost is half of others I had been looking at and took the plunge.After I received my purchase I was missing a small part, contacted customer service and they said they would call me back. Within a hour I was contacted and they said it would be delivered to my address. It was not a part that prevented me from getting it setup I was even thinking of taking care of it myself. Great service, fast shipping. Happy overall

The refrigerator was erroneous shipped to Lake Charles, LA instead of my home in San Antonio. Once vendor realized their mistake it was corrected and another unit was shipped to my address adding additional time delivery.
