Got a call within an hour of placing the order. Brian gave me great insight and info on what to look for and understanding of how the system was set up. Great service and saved me a ton of hassles, as Norcold service refused to help me since unit was in a DIY restored 1950 aluminum trailer vs. one of those ridiculous modern trailers.

Not great help. Didn’t contact us for 24 hrs. Insisted on a fan to help cool my fridge. ?? We didn’t buy a fan but instead bought a new thermastor and it fixed our problem. He never did call again to see if we got it working.

I highly recommend the technical service if you are stumped on an issue. I spent hours misdiagnosing an issue and they had me going again in minutes.

I had problems with my Norcold refrigerator not cooling. I had talked with many techs who couldn’t figure out the problem. One call to the Norcold Guy and within a 10 minute conversation he diagnosed the problem over the phone and had me up and running. Best $ I ever spent for a repair!

I was very skeptical because from what I read and other rv techs told me is that I needed a whole new fridge to when the norcold guy said I needed a power board that cost me only 10% of a new fridge. Happy beyond words when it worked

Wow! Outstanding support, very detailed, and spent a great deal of time helping me understand and diagnose the issue. In the end, the issue was pretty easy, but going this route saved me (potentially) hundreds of dollars, lots of fuel hauling it to a dealer (appx 1 hour away), and time! If (when...lol) I have another issue, this will be my first stop!!

Paid for service call via phone for a problem with my Norcold refrigerator. Took a few days for any response. Finally reached a person on 5th day , his name was Brian, he was a good guy and tried very hard to help me.

We actually purchased tech support. The Norcold Guy was very responsive and spent quite a bit of time explaining the possible issues. At the time of the call, the refrigerator was working so he agreed to hold the ticket open for any future issues. It was great to speak with someone VERY familiar with our particular brand of refrigerator.

The Norcold Guy was very responsive to our refrigerator issues. Although the refrigerator appeared to be working at the time of the tech support call, he gave us some ideas on what it could have been. He agreed to hold open the ticket in case the problem occurs again. He didn't rush us and was very experience in our particular refrigerator brand. We would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.
