We all know that firewood harvesting, maintaining your woodlot, and heating with firewood is a rewarding experience but at the end of the day, it's incredibly time-consuming and causes a lot of strain on the body. While we enjoy our time in the woods as much as anyone, what we didn't enjoy was wasting time and effort with hand tools like cant hooks, pickaroons, and timber tongs that hadn't been improved in hundreds of years. So we set about creating a multiple-use forestry tool that could not only replace 3-4 tools, but be ergonomically built to do the same work with less strain and more efficiently. From that effort, our first product, the LogOX 3-in-1 Forestry MultiTool was born. We followed up with the WoodOX Sling to replace our cumbersome firewood carrier bag, which evenly distributes the weight of the logs across the body rather than putting it all on one arm. We also created the Hearth Bin firewood rack, the only one of its kind to be fully adjustable so that it can fit on narrow hearths or stand-alone near your fireplace. To go with our own patented products, we've also added a curated selection of other innovative American-made products that are sure to help you, as we say, from Harvest to Hearth.

I was surprised at the heft of this product. It is substantial. Way beyond what I had expected in a good way. Very well made. I’ve used it to pick up bucked rounds to load into may tractor carryall and load onto the log lift of my splitter.

I believe this is a great product, but I would not say a good deal etc. I love that it is manufactured right here in Missouri, so I will always pay more for USA and local products. But, it is a metal tool, with a nice handle. It has to cost a lot to ship, so the price is O.k. I turned my 17 year old daughter lose with it and she loved how much easier it was to run around and pick up log rounds I have cut while clearing some trees. We all love the convenience. I would have bought the entire system... but I just can't afford that much for a tool at this time.

I think it is very well made. I have been heating with wood for the past 15yrs to the time of 7-9 cords a year. For the first ten all split by hand. I say this as not a means to brag to illustrate that I am not a slouch. The tool definitely save your back, but it does take it out of your shoulder a bit when hauling logs. From an engineering stand point u assume that its’ weight is relative to making it stronger, but at 7 lbs it is like picking a maul up with the log every time. Not sure is a stronger lighter metal would be cost effective, but if the hauler could come in at 4-5 lb range that would be huge. Still for me far to many pros vs the one con weight, I wood definitely by this again. I want a second one do that two men can lift long logs out of the woods vs dragging.

It doesn’t really carry the size logs I thought it would. Only handles logs about 18-22 inches in diameter. I was hoping it would take larger logs.

I waited for a period of time after I received the LogOx Hauler to do the review. I wanted to give it a workout. Well I did. This tool is well made and well designed. I saw that most speak of the tool as a back saver. For me, not having to bend over when picking up firewood and moving it not only saves my back but my knees as well. If you are cutting and splitting a lot of firewood this is an essential tool. Prior to buying this tool I already had a hookaroon and canthook with log jack. This tool fills a gap that those tools don't cover. If you cut a lot of firewood you need this tool.

LogOX hauler is a must have if you cut alot of wood. Makes lifting and hauling logs to the splitter or truck a breeze. Definitely saves your back. Tempted to buy another so I can have one in each hand and get twice the work done twice as fast.
