I feel so blessed to have found these healthy products. So many details people overlook with health. These products have helped me in so many ways: from my healthy eating to my exercising, to my skin hair nails and gut all being impacted such great products. This product was recommended for joints and I have noticed that my knees are feeling better. The turmeric can upset my stomach sometimes so I have been taking at night and only once a day. But seems to be helping so far.
