I have not noticed any difference in how I feel but I'm guessing that the Pure Body Gut and Body Detox has bentonite clay in it, which is great for detoxing, and these drops are easier to take than drinking a glass of water with it. The only set back is that I'm not always able to use these when my alarm goes off so I'm not super regular about it.

I hear lots of good things about zeolite and have been using the detox pack for 2 months or so. Also use NAC from time to time and nascent iodine. Not sure if I feel better for it yet but it seems to make sense to detox and take iodine.
