Super, excellent supplement! I've been taking these for over 2 weeks now and have recommended them to 2 colleagues at work, one of whom is a Lupus sufferer. She told me today that she agrees they are really good, i.e. she is feeling a significant improvement in her vitality, so much so that she has also recommended them to her Lupus Forum group!The difference they're making to my vitality is also significant. I have a chronic fibroid condition that can be fairly debilitating. As a homeopath I've been working solidly on it for years; whether treated by alternative or orthodox medicine, its known to be a challenging condition. Therefore boosting the work I'm already doing with a completely organic product is of huge benefit and I'm so glad I found the supplement and will continue to use it. I also feel that the boost is healing and will enable me to inject further natural supplements into my diet.

This is an excellent way to get your vitamin D (from mushrooms, not lamb's wool!) and greens, made from organic vegetables with probiotics and enzymes. It's rare to get a supplement that's real food and not synthetic. Thoroughly recommend!

Item was delivered very quickly and very well packaged. A quality wholefood supplement that I would purchase again. Too early to tell if this product is making a difference to my health, as yet, because I am quite chronically ill and my bowel has 16+ years of congestion to clear first. I am taking this product as I am starting my bowel cleanse in the hope that some of the goodness will penetrate through the congestion. Once this congestion has eventually been cleared, I would expect I to feel the benefits of this product immediately and help my immune system do its job.....heal! Well that's the plan....

Fantastic product! I was lacking in Vitamin D as I worked in tunnels, and I felt like rubbish. These picked me up better and quicker than anything you can get from the doctors. Will be buying again

Not really a fan of writing long, wordy reviews. You buy a drill, it works, you use it, your'e happy. But, as a health product, usually, you buy something, and its not great, and so you don't bother to review it. You just don't buy it again. Sound familiar?Ok, well. I bought these on a kind of whim. I had heard, deep in the realms of healthy, organic sites something about probiotics and..yes..ALLERGIES. I take anti-histamines. I don't particularly like it. they make me sleepy. But they do prove very effective.. So- choose between sleepy drowsy face and allergy free-no burning/itchy sneezing (FOR DEFINITELY you cannot drive whilst experiencing an allergy attack as they can be powerful!) e.t.c (the allergies are really bad and can turn to flu like symptoms-It's a high strain, so maybe this is why, since i have been taking them.. a few days I took my allergy tablet as usually..and then..i just stopped. And..I have not been poorly (touch wood,noggin' little mans' pointy green hat) I don't really know what to say, except that I am pretty surprised. They WORK. For now, anyways. I hope that their super-powers do not wear off though because I am very pleased with them. I'll let you know if I get an allergy reaction and its worn off!

I have just started taking this product, and it does seem to be a very good one. Although it might seem expensive to some people, if you look at what it contains, and the fact that its Vegan and organic, I personally think it is quite reasonably priced. Too early to tell how it affects my well being, but I am hoping for good things!!

my product arrived nicly boxed and when I opened it the glass jar was packed well. I purchased touchstone essentials from this conpany last month and was delighted with the over all service and the product its self seems to be top quality which is why i was more than happy to order Organic Greens Cold + D. So far I am very happy and will order again.

I did not think anything was working, or I thought I could not tell the difference. Then I did have more energy to exercise and then do more each time. As for the Vitamin D, I do feel better, but will see what the blood tests reveal in a months time. Both together with the Multi Vitamin & Mineral. Will be using them again.

I suffer with Fibromyalgia, and with it, terrible IBS. I had been taking other cheaper tablets to help with digestion, but they really only worked 50/50. I decided to take the plunge and invest in these tablets (although not recommended by anyone I know personally) and was surprised by the results.I have to admit that at the start these gave me terrible lose bowels and I was going to give up after two weeks of taking them. However, my husband pointed out that I have not suffered with any Stomach pains or cramps within days of starting. Even when eating lactose base products such as Ice Cream and Cheese.So I continued on and everything settled in the 3rd week of taking them. I was loving exploring my long lost love for diary and spices again. Food was becoming a joy. But to make it a fair test, I needed to know if i could continue without them. So when the bottle ran out, I gave it a week without having any of these tablets. The pain had returned, the ice cream was off the menu, and food was evil again.Needless to say, I have started back on them again and the pain is once again gone......PROS: They 100% work CONS: The size is a little hard to swallow - ~I would prefer to take more smaller ones then three large ones a day.Investing in another of their health pills, hoping for great results from them too.

I bought these for my sister who is pregnant and has blood clotting issues. Her vitamin D levels are incredibly low so I wanted her to use these because shop bought ones tend to be highly processed and I havent come across a plant based organic one like this before. So i was eager to get it for her because I believe there would be more benefits than just vitamin D. She has been taking them and they do taste like normal vitamin D tablets, so there are no offensive smells or taste to it. However she is finding that the tablets are big to swallow which is the only downside. But for what youre getting she would invest in buying some more because of the quality and health benefits. It is too early to see if it has done any good to her vitamin D levels but I hope to update on that later because she will be tested for her vitamin D levels again soon.
