my product arrived nicly boxed and when I opened it the glass jar was packed well. I purchased touchstone essentials from this conpany last month and was delighted with the over all service and the product its self seems to be top quality which is why i was more than happy to order Organic Greens Cold + D. So far I am very happy and will order again.

I did not think anything was working, or I thought I could not tell the difference. Then I did have more energy to exercise and then do more each time. As for the Vitamin D, I do feel better, but will see what the blood tests reveal in a months time. Both together with the Multi Vitamin & Mineral. Will be using them again.

I suffer with Fibromyalgia, and with it, terrible IBS. I had been taking other cheaper tablets to help with digestion, but they really only worked 50/50. I decided to take the plunge and invest in these tablets (although not recommended by anyone I know personally) and was surprised by the results.I have to admit that at the start these gave me terrible lose bowels and I was going to give up after two weeks of taking them. However, my husband pointed out that I have not suffered with any Stomach pains or cramps within days of starting. Even when eating lactose base products such as Ice Cream and Cheese.So I continued on and everything settled in the 3rd week of taking them. I was loving exploring my long lost love for diary and spices again. Food was becoming a joy. But to make it a fair test, I needed to know if i could continue without them. So when the bottle ran out, I gave it a week without having any of these tablets. The pain had returned, the ice cream was off the menu, and food was evil again.Needless to say, I have started back on them again and the pain is once again gone......PROS: They 100% work CONS: The size is a little hard to swallow - ~I would prefer to take more smaller ones then three large ones a day.Investing in another of their health pills, hoping for great results from them too.

I bought these for my sister who is pregnant and has blood clotting issues. Her vitamin D levels are incredibly low so I wanted her to use these because shop bought ones tend to be highly processed and I havent come across a plant based organic one like this before. So i was eager to get it for her because I believe there would be more benefits than just vitamin D. She has been taking them and they do taste like normal vitamin D tablets, so there are no offensive smells or taste to it. However she is finding that the tablets are big to swallow which is the only downside. But for what youre getting she would invest in buying some more because of the quality and health benefits. It is too early to see if it has done any good to her vitamin D levels but I hope to update on that later because she will be tested for her vitamin D levels again soon.

Fantastic product. No wonder the other reviews are so good. I take 3 of these and 3 of the Essentials one. Feel pretty good on them, and it saves me taking about a million other individual supplements.

WOW WHAT TO SAY I HAD VERY LOW VITAMIN D IN BLOOD SO I TOOK IT AS I NEED TO GET SOME MORE VITAMIN D SO I HAVE BEEN USING FOR NEARLY 3 WEEKS AND MY VITAMIN D IS NOW GONE UP SO I AM VERY PLEASED AS I HAVE PAIN IN MY BONES,,,,WELL NOT ABY MORE I WILL DEFINITELY BY SOME MORE ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND I CAN JUST SAY THANK YOU FOR MAKING GOOD PRODUCT LIKE THIS THANK SO MUCH

Love these sups! I bought these to replace my other supplements I was taking. I was recommended by a friend to take a food state vitamin D as it gives better results. Having taken supplements for years, you can definitely notice that these are very potent and high quality. Really good to see all ingredients are recognisable and no nasties like magnesium sterate etc.
