Fresh and reputable supplement, short of eating mushrooms or getting out in the spring, summer, autumn and winter sun for yourself. This provides a hit of the D. You don't need to take it everyday, that's just a sales pitch so that you buy another bottle every month or few. You can take one capsule every couple or three days or whenever you feel you need it. You don't need to take a capsule of these on any day that you get sunlight for example, it just wouldn't be necessary. If you've had just five minutes, ten minutes of sunlight, or any sunlight at all, it shouldn't be needed. But, on those days when you're rundown, when you're stuck indoors working on some project, when you're housebound, when there's no sun out, when you feel you could do with it, pop one or two of these caps in yo casper ass and see how you feel. There were days when I was taking several a day just to see how I felt with more vitamin D swimming around me, to test how it would affect my mood and dopamine levels, but too much long term and the body can't break it down and subsumate it quick enough and that's not healthy for your body or safe for your health, so they say (and fear, ooOOoOOh fear!) Seriously, take it whenever you recommend it to yourself. If you feel a little pale and peaky, drop one anchor and catch an internal tan ashore. Ahoy there! Dig it!
