I was hesitant at first.So hesitant, I put it on a shelf when I first received the bottle in the mail (which arrived 5 days fast). I'd look at the bottle, then get on computer and read your web page, comments, all of it. I did that for a few days more. I woke up one morning...Determined! Sooo, first 3 days I did 2 droppers for the day, let me tell ya " Nothing scary there". Worked my self up to 3 droppers a day, then yesterday, I did 4. Got up this morning and realized that I am feeling pretty good. Now, your wondering, What was I so afraid about. I'm 5 years CANCER FREE, I had open heart surgery 10 months after that, a aneurism inside of my heart. 2 months after that I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and Graves disease. These past 5 years have been a battle with so many symptoms that are mostly neurological (thyroid does that), oh there are plenty physical symptoms too. I was truly afraid of losing the miniscule progress I had made so far. So my journey began, AIP diet, lots of good water( not tap), yoga, meditation. Doing anything I can to get my nervous system to relax and calm. I had come a very long ways since 5 years ago...I still felt off. This morning I woke feeling so Good. I slept a normal amount, possibly more. I'm used to sleeping 3-4 hours a night, if i can sleep. NO, and I mean NO tremors this morning, and my brain isnt screaming. I feel a calmness my body hasn't felt in a long time. If this is future me, I'm loving it, truly couldn't be happier! I'm so Happy that I had finally talked myself into taking it. I'm not going to lie, Erin Elizabeth was a huge help in my trying Pure Body extra srength Zeolite. ✌✌✌✌✌

Happy to know that it is detoxing my body of toxic metals and one of the unexpected benefits has been the quality of sleep I have been getting. I usually take an hour or longer to fall asleep and usually sleep 7 hours or less and always feel tired in the morning. After taking this product for a few days I am falling asleep within 5 min and sleep a solid 8 to 10 hours waking refreshed and energized. I have not changed anything else in my diet. I will make this part of my daily routine and have recommended to family members.

Not long enough to tell if it is making a difference. has only been a couple of weeks. Taste fine, easy to use. I just have to remember to use it. I can remember once or twice a day.
